Maitri Sarees is a company specially dedicated towards marketing different kinds of sarees belonging to various regions of India. We supply the most traditionally celebrated sarees in the genre of Banarasi, Gadhwal, Upada, Hydrabadi Patola, Rajkot Patola, Venkat Giri, Dhakai, Banarsi, Kanchipuram, South Silk, Tassar, Assawali, Ridhrol Guj Sam, Bandhej, Paithani and Sambhal Puri. All these sarees represent the cultural ethos and richness of that particular region.

Established in 1986 by the name of Ghatkopar Cloth store, earlier it was started as only a retail cloth store. In the initial days the whole working of the store was restricted to the area of 180 sq. ft with only 7 to 8 employees working there. As of today, this small retail store has been transformed into Maitri Sarees and Ghatkopar sarees, a huge conglomerate supplying various enriched versions of sarees. The whole working place encompasses and area of around 5000 sq.ft in total with over 120 employees working now.

The company has successfully marched ahead successfully since then under the able directorship of Mr. Sanjay Mehta. For the first time in the market, Maitri sarees launched the embroidery on Kanjivaram cloth and we were amongst the first in India to use computerized machine for embroidery on sarees . The company is very passionate about handloom products and hence has very keenly strived to promote handloom related products. The main focus of our company is offering varied range of sarees to our customers.
